Mains-wired Smoke Alarms
As of 1 October 2009, the law requires that every house in Western Australia be fitted with mains-wired smoke alarms. In terms of the Building Regulations Amendment 2009, they must be installed by one of our licensed Perth Electricians before (whichever comes first):
- The property may be sold
- New tenants move in
- 1 October 2011
